All Products
We do not offer change-of-mind refunds or replacements on products you have bought. If there is a minor damage, as per the ACCC, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. For major damage, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. 

All Paint, Wax, and Lacquer Products
We do not offer change-of-mind refunds on these products. Wer endevour to keep our tins dent free; however, if they are damged by postal providers we will not offer a replacement or refund if the dent does not imact the paint or ability to paint. 

As each screen and monitor has varying ways of producing colour, the colour swatch you view online may not exactly match what is in the tin; we do not offer refunds if the colour is a slightly different hue than what you saw online. We strongly encourage you to come in-store to view the colours for yourself if you have any doubts about it.

Common Concerns
I have a transaction from Country Rugs, not Second Chance Interiors, in my bank statement. 

Second Chance Interiors operates under Country Rugs (we share an ABN), so all transactions from Second Chance will come up as coming from Country Rugs. If you are unsure as to why, or how much, you were billed by 'Country Rugs', please call us first before lodging your concerns with your bank. We are happy to work through your concerns with you over the phone or in person.
